At Astonish, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your home goods in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
